Right of withdrawal

This notice applies to the paid purchase of additional scans. The free scan through the form is not a contract for consideration – there is nothing to withdraw from.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Studio Luy UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Norderreihe 21, 22767 Hamburg, info@websecureaudit.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance, provided that you have

1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
2. confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins (§ 356 (5) BGB).

What that means in practice. When purchasing you tick a box containing exactly these two declarations. The purchased scans are available immediately afterwards. As long as you have used none of them, we will refund you anyway – strictly speaking you no longer have a claim to that, but we consider it the right thing to do. Just write to us.
